From 21 to 24 March this year, the Ministry of Economics and the partners of the information campaign "Living Warmer" will inform building managers and apartment owners, as well as owners of private houses, about quality building renovation, various energy efficiency solutions and benefits, as well as building maintenance after renovation at the exhibition "Māja I 2024". The "Living Warmer" stand will also provide information on the available support from the Recovery Fund and the State for the renovation of apartment buildings, public buildings and business buildings and other energy efficiency measures.
During the four days of the exhibition, the "Dzīvo siltāk" stand will host experts from the Ministry of Economics, the Ministry of Climate and Energy, the Central Finance and Contracting Agency, the Consumer Rights Protection Centre, the Latvian Environmental Investment Fund, JSC "Sadales tīkls", Elektrum Energy Efficiency Centre, Development Finance Institution "Altum", as well as JSC "Rīgas siltums". The stand will also include representatives of non-governmental organisations in the construction sector from the Latvian Association of Construction Engineers, the Latvian Association of House Managers and Managers, the Latvian Association of Window and Door Manufacturers and the Association of Building Material Manufacturers.
On certain days, the stand will also be visited by experts from the State Fire and Rescue Service (21.03., 22.03.), SIA Latvijas standarts (21.03., 22.03.) and the State Revenue Service (22.03.2023).
Also on 22 March, the Latvian Association of House Managers and Property Managers and the Ministry of Economics invite house managers and apartment owners to a seminar "Topicalities in management and renovation of multi-apartment buildings". During the seminar we will discuss the latest developments in the renovation of apartment buildings and the quality implementation of projects.
