SOLVIT can help you solve problems where institutions of other Member States do not comply with EU regulations.
SOLVIT functions in the European Economic Zone (EU Member-states, Norway, Iceland and Lichtenstein). The services are free of charge.
You can file a complaint to SOLVIT if:
- your or your company’s EU rights have been breached;
- a state institution has taken a decision that does not comply with EU regulations;
- a violation has occurred in another EEZ state.
SOLVIT receives and resolves various problems, e.g., regarding recognition of professional qualification, mutual recognition of products, freedom of doing business, posting of workers, unfair conditions in state tenders, etc.
To learn what EU Regulations have been breached, you can get informal legal advice in the portal Your Europe Advice.
